Welcome to our Interschool Athletic Program.  While we recognize that competition is important, the focus of this program is to acquaint the participants with being student athletes.  There is a fine line of balance to be learned in our program of academics and athletics.  We offer several sports here at Ilima . . . Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, Bowling, Cross Country, & Track.  The other schools that participate in the Leeward District ISA program along with Ilima are Highlands Intermediate, Waipahu Intermediate, Kapolei Middle, Waianae Intermediate, Nanakuli Intermediate, and Ka Waihona O Ka Na'auao.

All students wishing to participate in any ISA activities must have a current ATHLETIC PHYSICAL (this physical differs from that required of 7th graders to attend school) on file with the Athletic Director.  Physical forms are available from the school office, Athletic Director, or the Student Government office.  

In addition to a current physical on file, every student athlete must fill out an ISA Packet.  The packet includes 4 sheets . . . ISA Guidelines, Parent Permission Form, Emergency Contact, and grade check.  Also, periodic grade checks are required of all team members.
