HAWAIIAN LANGUAGE IMMERSION PROGRAM
Kula Kaiapuni o Maui ma Kalama is located at Kalama Intermediate School. Students in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades attend the majority of their classes in Hawaiian Immersion and integrate with English Immersion students for the remainder of their course load. Students are able to participte in school wide extra curricular activities such as sports, clubs and dances while maintaining their focus and development in Hawaiian.
