His best etching was "Six's Bridge" which was a landscape. His best painting was the "Syndics of the Drapers Guild." This painting was of a group of important men whose job it was to make sure that all the cloth made in Amsterdam was made just right. He painted the group of men looking right at you and it was almost like you walked in during their meeting and they stopped to see what you wanted. The men seem friendly and caring.
Personal Thoughts:
"I feel that Rembrandt had some really great paintings. I wish I could go back in time to see him. His paintings look so real like you are inside of the picture. One day I would like to take a plane and see his paintings and I would like to be like him."
