Marco Polo was born in Venice in the year of 1254. He had a brother named Maffeo and a father named Niccolo. They weren't rich but nor poor. They all had a trading center at the island of Middeterenia, while the war between Venice and Genoa. It was about one year until it calmed down, but still the Genoa people still wanted spices for food. He was the one who started all the traveling.
