6th Grade
Math:




The sixth graders use polygons, compasses, and protractors to create
pictures that have two lines of symmetry. You may see this
project in this years Curriculum Fair. Be on the look out!
2nd Grade
Math:




Second graders use cubes to build arrays.
This helps students better understand multiplication.
1st Grade Math:


To understand addition and subtraction story problems, students use
storyboards and cubes to act out their stories they created.
2nd Grade Math:


The pictures above show 2nd graders using a multiplication chart to
find patterns when skip counting by a specific number.
Students also draw arrays and write number sentences to better
understand multiplication.
