Deadline: December 31, 2012 (Postmarked) AFSCME Family Scholarship Program: Available to children or financially dependent grandchildren of active or retired, full dues-paying AFSCME members (HGEA Local 152 and UPW Local 646). Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, applying to an accredited college or university and subsequently accepted as a full-time student in a four-year degree program (or a two-year institution that will transfer credits to a four-year institution), and have taken SAT or ACT.
