The Parent-Community Networking Centers are focal points for networking students and their families with the resources and services of the school and community. The Parent-Community Networking Centers (PCNC) serve to create supportive partnerships between the home, the school, and the community for the purposes of improving student achievement, performance and growth, and building a sense of community.
