The Director, Clay Callaway
Clay has twenty years experience in film and television as director, producer, art director, production designer for movies, musicals, music videos, and commercials. Since moving to Hilo he has been working at Na Leo O'Hawaii for a year-and-half teaching video production. He has been involved in community theatre for 6 years and he loves the Palace Theatre.He is impressed with this production's "incredible cast,""Stellar music," the "dazzling choreography," and "showy costumes." He Played Nathan Detroit opposite Lina Manning in "Guys and Dolls" at UHH.


The Musical director, Cheryl Hardwick-Moore
Cheryl, known locally as "Quack", earned her Master's from Juilliard School of Music. After graduation, she spent several years in New York with the Juilliard Opera Workshop, City Ballet, and writing and arranging for theater both on and off Broadway. Her career also includes co-writing a musical for Public Theater produced by Joseph Papp; contributing music and writing to Sesame Street, for which she earned two Emmy Awards; and 25 years on "Saturday Night Live," the last 15 years as Musical Director. Since moving to Hilo in 2000, she has given several recitals to benefit the scholarship fund of the American Association of Women and the restoration of the Palace Theatre, of which, she is a board member. Some of the artists who have performed and/or recorded her music are Bernadette Peters, George Benson, Smokey Robinson, Gilda Radner, Steve Martin, Whitney Huston, Alec Baldwin, Mike Meyers, Adam Sandler, Kevin Spacey, Christoper Walken, Jeremy Irons, Garth Brooks, John Goodman, Robert Downey Jr., Jeff Goldblum, Stockard Channing, and Sarah Mclaughlin.


The choreogapher, Lina Manning
Lina has extensive experience in dance. She has appeared in New York productions of "South Pacific" and original productions of "Boston, Boston," "The Laugh's on Me," and the first National Tour of "Sugar Babies." She has also appeared in professional companies including "No, No, Nanette," "Dames at Sea," and "Anything Goes." Lately, she appeared in UH Hilo's production of "Guys and Dolls."
