Welcome to the Kaimuki High School Bulldog Band Home Page! Our band is a comprehensive music program which consists of the Concert Band, Marching Band, Jazz Band, and Pep Band. One credit is offered to registered students of the Concert and Jazz Band with Marching Band serving a required extension to the Concert Band program. The band’s extremely active schedule includes performances for various school functions, football games, concerts, music festivals, competitions, camps, parades, and also includes a major trip to the US Mainland every other year. The band is under the direction of Mr. Les Tanaka.

Kaimuki High School is located in Honolulu on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, USA. Overlooked by the majestic Koolau mountain range and Palolo Valley, the school is just within minutes of famed Waikiki. Consisting of approximately 1500 students ranging from grades 9 through 12, the school has served the youth of Kaimuki for over 50 years since opening in 1943. The school mascot is “Ikaika” the Bulldog, and the school colors are Kelly Green and Light Gold.
