Now it's your turn to write a folk tale. Your story can be entirely new or a modern adaptation of a traditional tale. Please look at the rubric under assessment 4 to make sure you include the criteria for the grade that you would like.

Step 2: After you have revised and edited your story, ask a friend or adult to read yourstory. Or read your story aloud to a group of friends. Make final changes.
Step 3: Add graphics to your story by using Hyperstudio, Kid Pix, ClarisWorks Drawing or AppleWorks Drawing, or by scanning your original drawings.
Step 4: The completed project should be saved on a disk. The disk should be mailed to ____________________________ for your final grade. Make sure you make yourself a copy on another disk as the one that is sent will not be returned.
