• A collaborative project with a non-profit Maui environmental agency.
• A possibility to explore would be to do a collaborative project with the Lahainaluna Science Club or Hawaiiana Club.
• Another possibility would be to do a collaborative greenhouse/ nursery/ Hawaiian Craft Shop that could be incorporated into the Fifth Grade Town.
• All-school science fair that incorporates theme of "Who Will Survive?" and saving Hawaii's environment. Other Options: Writing Fair, Art Fair.
