Makaha beach, which is located on the west side of Oahu, Hawai'i is among the most popular beaches in the world. It is the home of world champions, national champions, and surfing legends. Surfing events such as the Town and Country Pro, Buffalo's Big Board Classic, and Rell Sunn's Menehune Surfing Championships are held there anually. Makaha Beach is an ideal break for surfers with any skill level, from 2 foot Behind-the-Reef, to 30 foot Makaha Bowl.
